Index and Match Multiple Results from Online Reference

I am attempting to create a search where the user enters the search criteria and the return would search an online sheet and return multiple results and columns.

Example:

Search
Dog

Results
Sam Brown 12 Tested
Sam Yellow 15 Not Tested
Sam Black 14 New
etc...


The sheet would be formatted
Dog Sam Brown 12 Tested
Dog Sam Yellow 15 not tested
Dog Sam Black 14 New
Cat ralph Grey 3 Tested

I have tried many things But I can not get it to pull all the return results. Or reference the online source.

I am at a loss...
