Increasing row No. by 30 from previous tab when dragging formula down

If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Hi Paul,

I suggest using INDEX function. If data that you want to extract is present in "Estimate" tab, then you can use the following function:
=INDEX(Estimate!F:F,36+30*(ROW(A1)-1),1)

INDEX will return an intersection of column F and a given row number, which will increase with each row when you drag the formula down. So the cell references will look like that:
F36, F66, F96, F126, and so on...
