increase date by 4 weeks

First time poster

I need to automate the following. every time i add a week (7 days) to B1 I would like the date in C1 to be increased by 4 weeks (28 Days)

A1 B1 C1

so if you put 21/Feb in B1 C1 should be 21/mar? then c1 should equal =B1+28
