incorporating excel screenshots into word document

Hi all, i'm not sure whether this is a redundant question. But i would like to incorporate some screen shots from an excel file into a word document, is it possible? if so, how do i do it?

What do You mean by screenshot?

If You plan to get screenshots of ranges then I suggest You start with looking on Stephen Bullen's clever solution here:
