I have an overtime table. It is sorted using the total number of overtime hours. Now I need to report the top 4 CHANGES in the items that make up the total overtime hours for each unit.

the structure looks like this

Unit 1 total ot, otpart1, otpart2, otpart3 etc
Unit 2 total ot, otpart1, otpart2, otpart3 etc

I need to show the fieldname for the top 4 parts as well as then number contained in the field
my result needs to look like this
Unit totalot
otpart4 otpart20
otpart1 otpart11

repeated for all units.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
I've had to do something similar and found the following worked.

Open the Table
Select Tools
Office Links
Analyze It with MS Excel

I then used the Filter and Subtotal options to get the results I needed.

Hope this points you towards a solution.
