I have a big amount of functions, checkboxes and vba running both on loop and activation from myself.
If I calculate, I experience a large slow down.
I have a 7950x3d, fast and large NVME, 4090 (but doubt that matters) and 64GB fast ram (30CL).

Is there a way to drastically decrease the slow downs I experience while calculating?

I saw this answer (from another post, a year ago on Reddit), that might give suggestions to you, who may know what that means (in quotes).
I don't understand any of what is below, but I would like to implement these, if possible.
Of course, if you have any other suggestions, please tell me.
Connecting to the data in a separate CSV with Power Query and loading into the data model(Power Pivot) then doing the calculations with DAX then building pivots from the data model should make an enormous difference.

Is it possible to share your actual file (with sensitive data removed/disguised)? Sometimes there are faster methods using VBA than normal calculations; loops can sometimes be avoided, but without knowing your file structure etc it's impossible to give any definitive advice.
