importrange + query multiple workbook sync from a master excel file

Hi! How can I use importrange + query to send/sync specific data from a Master excel sheet to other workbooks? I've found youtube tutorials on how to combine multiple excel sheets to make a master excel sheet, but not the opposite. I'm very new to using importrange and query, so any tutorial links or tips you guys can give me would be extremely helpful.
