importing required data from access database file

Dear All,

I need to import data from acces DB file, with Pivot table,
but my query is, there are 10,000 rows data in DB file , i just want to import data after 5000 rows, till the end,

for example:
i dont want to import data from 1st to last
i want to import from data from 5000 to last,

or, if possible, then excel should ask. from which row no. i need to import

for example:
when i refresh pivot table. it should ask. starting row no. and if i enter 4500. then it should import data from 4500 to end..
