Importing MICROS to Excel to another excel spreadsheet and is not pulling the info like usual!

PLEASE HELP! I normally pull MICROS report from the internet copy and paste into excel spreadsheet which then pulls the info to another existing spreadsheet in excel to track inventory, however, for some reason it is not importing the information to the inventory spreadsheet when I copy and paste to excel spreadsheet! Can someone please help with any suggestions?????

So,you copy data and the paste wont paste?
or the file, import data, wont import data?

I'm sorry I know its jumbled. Let me see if I can explain it better. I use a program through the internet that records our sales. I pull that report and copy and paste it over to excel. I have another excel spreadsheet that pulls the information from that copy and paste and records the sales in that spreadsheet and documents all of what was sold for the day, however, it's not pulling the info from the copy and paste for some reason. I've been doing this for several months now and I have never ran into this problem so I'm not sure why it's not pulling the info to the spreadsheet. I hope this explains it a little better.
