I'm importing data from a Table in Word into an Excel spreadsheet, (2003), but after each piece of data there is what I can only describe as a small bullet point - I need this removed if anyone can help?

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Use the Clean function. It's a square thingee (Character 13) called a pilcrow. It's a Word placeholder indicating end of paragraph, end of doc or something. Anyways, Application.Clean will remove it or use Left(yourcell, len(yourcell)-1) HTH. Dave
