Hi All,

Does anyone know a way to set up a template where i can import excel data into word (as in tables and graphs). I tried paste linking but all the formatting word kept getting screwed up.

Its a report i have to do every week and its very time consuming.

Just looking for pointers.

Thanks

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
If you use Paste Special in Word, with the paste link option, you'll be offered a variety of paste formats; choose the one that best suits your needs.
