Importing Data

I created a macro that imports production results from multiple staff folders. Before I had the macro I was manually coping and pasting their results into staff tabs that was auto filling a PivotTable. When I clear the data that was imported the links to the other tabs are lost, they give me the #REF! on the cell. Is there a way to write a formula so that it does not change from that location. I was previously using =Data!$C$14.To give you an idea of one of the tabs I pasted one of them below. If it's easier to have the PivotTable pull directly from the imported data how would you format it to look at different sections since it pulls results from multiple staff. I pasted a section of the data imported from their folders below.
