importing data with no headers

I try to import and combine some tables from website to excel, but those tables do not have headers,

when i import them using power query, the first row of data is immediately taken as header, and power query automatically rename some data with same value to, for example, 100%, 100%2, 100%3....

is there anyway to solve this?
