Hi

I'm looking for some advice/ help. I'd like to import data (betting odds) from a website into Excel - admittedly I have no idea where to start as I've never attempted anything like this before.

Here's what I'm trying to achieve...

Source of odds; Oddsportal (http://www.oddsportal.com/), or any other Odds comparison site for that matter.

I'd like to import the odds for numerous leagues that will refresh at the click of a button, ideally in a consistent format as I'd like to use the data in external sheets. Currently I copy and paste the odds that I need which is as you can imagine quite time consuming.

Any help/ nudges in the right direction greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

Start recording a macro. On your Toolbar, select 'Data' then 'From Web' and enter your web address, 'Go'. Stop recording, then modify your code to strip out the data you need to another sheet. You can then run the code to pull the dat again.

Hope this basic approach helps.
