Importing Data from multiple files into Corresponding Sheets in one Masterfile

Hey! I really nob in VBA and I feel that this is something fairly easy to do but I can't find an answer on my search.

I have around 20 files from different teams, each one with different sheets but they all have exactly the same layout. I need to import data from one sheet from each file to copy it into one masterfile.
I have 7 masterfiles, each masterfile has a sheet for each team that belongs to that department. I want to copy the data from each of the 20 files into the corresponding sheet in the correct master file.

Basically I need a macro where I can define the destination of a folder where the files to include in each masterfile are, and say that from file 1 sheet exp I want to copy B17 to AF10016 into Masterfile sheet 1; file 2 sheet exp copy from B17 to AF10016 into masterfile sheet 2 and so on...
