Imported Personal macros not working

I recently had a virus on my computer and had to replace it. I had a ton of macros saved in my Personal.xlsb workbook, so I exported those modules and have now imported them to the new Personal.xlsb file. Now for some reason those macros no longer work in other files. Most of them are basic, like I have a macro to paste values or paste formats, etc. but I have some others that are very complex. The macros work fine as long as I am in Personal.xlsb, but if I try to use them in another open workbook I get the "all macros may be disabled or the macro may not be available in this workbook" message. Anyone know what is wrong? I am using Excel 7 and have verified that macros are enabled.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Have you checked to see if your PERSONAL.XLSB workbook is loaded? View>Unhide
Have you verified that the PERSONAL workbook is in your XLSTART folder?

Yes to both. What is strange is that the macros work fine within Personal.xlsb, but for some reason will not work outside of it.

Ok now this is strange. I copied them all to new modules, and the new ones now seem to be working. I am totally puzzled on this, but at least now it seems to be fine.
