Import Outlook Distribution Lists

Apologies if this is considered an Outlook question...

I want to import the each of the individual contacts that are stored in selected Outlook distribution (not contact) lists.

Exporting the "contact" list yields no info at the individual contact level.

How did you gurus find a quick solution to this?

This might be a step in the right direction; it looks like it returns more than I want.

It would be more useful if I could specify the distribution list names to import.

Any pointers on that?

I recommend just importing them all and then manipulating in Excel.

This worked GREAT on the Global Address Book. How would I manipulate to pull from my PERSONAL address book?
