My database must import data to a table via ODBC. However there is over 1900 records in Louts Notes. At present time I am importing all 1900 records. yucky.

Is it possible to use a query in my Access2000 database to import, only the specific records(only 35) in this query, from Lotus Notes via OBDC?

If so, Please, tell me how...

Thanks in advance,

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Sure, use a Pass-Through Query. You'll have to write the SQL yourself, but doing so will allow you to filter for only the records that you want.
