Import .frx / .frm Excel 2011 for Mac

Hi,

I'm trying to produce a copy of a complex userform I have in Excel 2011 (for Mac). Following advice on other forums I have exported the user form, renamed the associated .frx and .frm files (which were the only exporting options) and am now trying to import back into the original workbook. The "import" option does not recognise the .frx or .frm files and using the only other data import mechanism I can find (Data; Get External Data) doesn't provide options for importing these files. Am I missing something? It seems very strange that Excel would export a file format it can't then import. Is there another way to copy the user form? Some forums suggested dragging into a new workbook, but the drag and drop function doesn't seem to work in this version of Excel.

Thanks.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
The Import feature is broken in the current update to Excel for Mac 2011. I don't know which update broke it. I use a virtual machine to import modules and userforms and then go back to 2011.

That would explain it, thanks! I've found a work around now but useful to know for the future.
