I am having a problem trying to retrieve from mail from Outlook into Excel via VBA. I used the following code (the names of the shared folders are obviously not the real names), and it retrieves all of the mail, but only the first line of the body of the email rather than the entire message. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Sub GetFromOutlook()

Dim OutlookApp As Outlook.Application
Dim OutlookNamespace As Namespace
Dim Folder As MAPIFolder
Dim OutlookMail As Outlook.MailItem
Dim i As Integer

Set OutlookApp = New Outlook.Application
Set OutlookNamespace = OutlookApp.GetNamespace("MAPI")

Set Folder = OutlookNamespace.Folders("xyz@something.com")
Set Folder = Folder.Folders("Sub1")
Set Folder = Folder.Folders("SubSubA")

i = 1

For Each OutlookMail In Folder.Items
If OutlookMail.ReceivedTime >= Range("From_date").Value Then
Range("eMail_subject").Offset(i, 0).Value = OutlookMail.Subject
Range("eMail_date").Offset(i, 0).Value = OutlookMail.ReceivedTime
Range("eMail_sender").Offset(i, 0).Value = OutlookMail.SenderName
Range("eMail_text").Offset(i, 0).Value = OutlookMail.Body

i = i + 1
End If
Next OutlookMail

Set Folder = Nothing
Set OutlookNamespace = Nothing
Set OutlookApp = Nothing

End Sub

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
