Import data from html web table

Hi I am looking at pulling price data from a html web page. I have no idea how to navigate and get the data I want. I only know it is possible to get the full table by the normal way of "get data from web" tab but I would rather get just one specific (strike) row under a specific date than the whole page. I also want to be able to update the data.

I have recorded a macro so I have some code to work with but I dont really know what to change besides creating dynamic name for different symbols.
