Image upload from local desktop and insert into post

how do i need to insert images from my local desltop into the post?
 
You can't. You can upload the image to an online site and then link to it from here, but if you are planning on posting an image of your workbook, you'll generally get better help if you post it as a table (using one of the tools mentioned in the posting guidelines) so that others can copy and paste the example data into a workbook for testing, rather than having to retype it all.
