Image needs pushing down when touched by text or table rows

I have a button to display a signature at the bottom of a sheet once it has been finished. The sheet has a table on it and lines will need to be added to it. I need a way for once the inserted lines in the table reach the signature, for the signature to be pushed to the bottom of the following page. On page 1, with the footer, the image needs to have the top left corner to be at cell A31, given that standard spacing of rows exists. Therefore, I need it to be pushed to the equivalent spot on the following page.
