I have been using image assistant for a while to upload images in excel based on file name.
When I send the file everything looks good. But whoever receives it, outside of my company (who has access to these images on our shared network) cannot see the images.
It has an "X" instead of an image.
I can't figure out why this is happening. Is there some setting that is not saving the image onto the file?
