I’m trying to get a sense of trends for each day of the week and then plot it against a moving average so I can get some context.

I have data on revenues for 1 month but need to see what the average was for each day of the week ( M, TU, W, TH, F, SA, SU) and then plotting it against a moving average. How can I go about doing this? I am having a hard time coming up with the correct formulas

You should be able to use an AVERAGEIFS formula, using the day of the week code in the first column as your criteria.

I really don't do much with plotting or charts, so I probably don't have much to offer on that part of the problem.
