Excel Facts

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
Select the range containing you data and > Insert tab > Column (Under Charts) > Select the one you want.

You can make some changes to the default and make it look however way you want.
