In word - I have a date field on a form: m/d/yyyy (@Now)

I have a checkbox where the user selects - Immediate or Scheduled

In the expected completion box: I would like it to be:

IF, Immediate (checked) use the Date +7 days

IF, Scheduled (checked) use the Date + 42 days

Found the IF stament section but could not see the conditionality to enter the Condition1,2?

How do I do this?

Date: 7/5/2006

Change Type: (Select one)
0 Immediate
1 Scheduled

Expected Post Date: = (formula?)

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Expected Post Date=iif(checkbox1.value=1,#7/5/2006
#+7,#7/5/2006
#+42)
