Iif and blank/Is null

Good afternoon,

I know its a simple query but I have been going round in circles

I want to create a formula as below to count the [Category] and [Assigned To] show me how many aren't aligned (ie is a blank in [Assigned To]

This is what I have so far and know I can use IsNull, but I am having an issue on how to write it.

Code:
New: Sum(IIf([table1].[Cat1]="BM" And [table1].[Name]="",1,0))

Excel Facts
