Ignore zeros or blanks with 3 colour conditional formatting

Hi, Can anyone assist me. I have a column of data showing values as percentages or as blanks (if not percentage is shown) and when I apply the 3 - Colorado Scale option everything works as I want, with the exception that the blank cells also colour as being the lowest value. I basically want the blanks to be ignored and only where a value greater than 0% is recorded for the condition to operate. All help greatly appreciated.

You can apply a formula. E.g with blank data in cell A1 and the value of 9 in cell A2, highlight the two cells then go to conditional formatting - Highlight cell rules - more rules. Then write =AND(A1<>"",A1<10), apply a color fill of your choice. This will leave A1 white and color A2 (as it is below 10).
Repeat for the other ranges.
