Ignore if Text found and Divide

Hi
Have a little issue and need a formula for below.
If the word "Salary" is found in G4 divide H4 by 40 but if "Part Time" or "Casual" is found in G4 use value in H4.
Any help would be great.

=IF(G4="Salary",H4/40,H4)
