depending of your needs ...
if formatting is important then you can use colo's HTMLmaker (see link at bottom of page)
if it's mainly about data and formulas, then you can use Table-It (see my signature)

Thank you all for your answers. What I am trying to do is create a spredsheet for Mortgage calculation that allow me to show payments including PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) if no money down and if any percetage down it would allow to change the PMI value.

I got to the point where PMI was calculated correct only if no Money down.

I still not able to include my spredsheet for analyses, I would like to know how can I insert the spredsheet or a snapshot of it.

what did you try out ?
did you read the HTMLmaker-FAQ, did you check out the links in my signature ?

I think this thread will be moved to a more appropriate "sub"forum.
