If Two cells match, output two values

Hello,

I would like to look in a range to see if two ranks match, if they do I would like excel to output both team names into two separate cells.

For example in my image I would like to get Team 1 and Team 2 as my output but separate cells.

I believe I need an array formula? but I cannot seem to find the right terms to google.

I am not bothered where the output is laid out just as long as I have one cell saying Team 1 and another saying Team 2.
