If true then subtract

I am looking for help developing a formula that will subtract two columns if a third column is yes. It must be an IF formula of some sort but I am struggling to figure it out. Here is what I want to do.

If column K is yes (they did the thing), then subtract the date in column L from the date in column J to produce the number of days it took to do the thing.
