If/Then Formula for Inventory spreadsheet

I need some help with a formula in Google Docs.
It's an inventory spreadsheet, so I have a column for 'need', 'got ' and' to order '. I need to subtract need from got and have that number to to the order column. If that number is negative due to having more than I need, I need the answer to be 0.
I also have a table that has current pricing so the needed order is calculated accordingly.
The whole idea is that I can manage pricing and inventory and see what my current nominal stock would cost.

I used to know how to do this, I just haven't written any formulas in a long time.
I have a link to a copy of the spreadsheet for anyone interested.
Thanks!

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
You try this formula in your spreadsheet:

=IF(A1-B1<0,0,A1-B1)

Assume column A is for "Need" and column B is for "Got". You need to adjust the column reference to your specific columns.
