i have excel sheet set up like this and i have to try and figure how to say

n anthracite st ALL even & odd 3rd w
w arch st 326 - 798 even 2-2
w arch st 1-324 odd 2-2

so in so in cell next to address it would look like this

I can put that on like worksheet that I can try and pull from. I'm just trying to figure out I would have no idea how to do the figuring out for something this complex. It won't let me upload a photo from my phone to show you what the Excel worksheet looks like. But I have to take the house address and the house number and use that to figure out what Ward they are in.

if you want to add to the same cell , you will need vba I suspect
OR if in a new column , then have an area list and use a lookup

can you post to dropbox, onedrive and link here
there is an add-in to post to the forum

im putting the ward info on excel book and will find a way to upload for you to look at the two. thanks so much. may take a couple days.
