Hi All,

I have an If Statement that searches for 2 elements.

Formulae: =COUNTIFS(AB!J:J,"LOCAL",AB!R:R,"U")

In column J it looks for the Letters Local

In Column RR it looks for The letter U.

I would like to add another Statement that says if 'No' Is found in column S it should calculate this as a number.

If you can let me know how i can alter the present formulae to add the 3 criteria,

Many Thanks

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
wouldn't be just?

=COUNTIFS(AB!J:J,"LOCAL",AB!R:R,"U",AB!S:S,"No")

you're welcome.

for everything but No, use "<>No" instead, i.e.

=COUNTIFS(AB!J:J,"LOCAL",AB!R:R,"U",AB!S:S,"<>No")
