=IF(VLOOKUP($A3,FiberServiceabilityDetail!$A:$BB,54,FALSE)={"Construction Required","On-Net","Autobuild"},(VLOOKUP($A3,FiberServiceabilityDetail!$A:$AL,38,FALSE)),"")

Hello I have this formula that picks up the const required being the first criteria and appends the cost from ,FiberServiceabilityDetail!$A:$AL,38,

How can I get the On nets and Auto builds to populate as well

Maybe...

=IF(OR(VLOOKUP($A3,FiberServiceabilityDetail!$A:$BB,54,FALSE)={"Construction Required","On-Net","Autobuild"}),(VLOOKUP($A3,FiberServiceabilityDetail!$A:$AL,38,FALSE)),"")

Hope this helps
