If statement results in #VALUE!

Hi
I'm having a brain fart :)

A433 has a date in it formatted as mm/dd/yy

I put this in G433 and got #VALUE !
HTML:
=IF(AND(A433="",""),IF(A433>=TODAY(),"pending","payment"))

What don't I see??

Ah..I didn't need the AND

I had copied it from a different if statement on the same sheet that had "AND" because it had multiple conditions for each condition.

Maybe I should not have tried this after some ****tails :):)
