I have some problem in my excel formula. how can i upload excel file in my thread. please help. where is attach file option

You cannot upload files to this site.
Either use one of the Add-ins pointed out by gaz_chops, or upload to a share site.
However be aware that if you upload a file to a share site, a lot of members either cannot, or will not, follow links for security reasons. Thereby reducing your chances of getting help.
