I am trying to get the below formula to work and get a #VALUE error. I am trying to check one cell "M4" for a specific text. Thanks in advance for your help.

=IF(FIND("CHAMFER",M4),0.25,IF(FIND("FINISH",M4),0.25,IF(FIND("MACHINE",M4),0.25," ")))

=IF(OR(ISNUMBER(FIND("CHAMFER",M4)),ISNUMBER(FIND("FINISH",M4)),ISNUMBER(FIND("MACHINE",M4))),0.25," ")

Note: FIND is case-sensitive. To make it non-case-sensitive, use SEARCH.
