Hello, I am trying to figure out an If statement for the below formula. The dropdown option has a YES, NO, NEVER. If someone selects NEVER, I need it to return N/A. Any help would be appreciated. The "current occupancy" cell already has an if statement so that's why I am confused. Thank you

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Your image doesn't give much info, but something like this will work:

Excel Formula:
=IF(G28="NEVER",NA(),FALSE)

How about something like
Excel Formula:
=if(drop down cell ="Never","N/A",your formula)
