If resulting number is below 0 show 0 rather than a negative number

The first column numbers (96% and 109%) result from a division formula from two columns not on the screen shot. The second column (4% and -9%) are using this formula =1-AO15 and =1-AO16 for the bottom one. Rather than showing -9% I'd prefer for it to show 0. How can I modify =1-AO16 so that it shows 0 instead of -9%?
