Hello All,
Is there a function in access similar to If(Or( for excel?

I have data in multiple columns that I need to validate in one column. If any of the columns = a certain criteria then place value in validation column.

I can do this with multipl iif statements or VBA If Then Else but just wondering if there is as easy a solution in access as the If(Or in excel...

thanks

dan

Hi dtaylor,

Try
Code:
OrFunc: IIf([Field1]=Validation Or [Field]=Validation,"Good","Nope")

Iit actually makes more sense to me...
