I know this is a fairly easy question but as my Excel is very rusty and I am trying to learn the features of Excel 2016 this has me stumped. The question I have been given is - Enter a function to calculate the award give - my chart has from 4 years of service to 27 years. If the employee has greater than or equal 20 years, they will receive a Suitcase. If the employee has greater than or equal to 15 years, they will receive Steak Knives. I have been able to figure the formula for the greater than 20 years but the formula needed to calculate 15 ruling out anyone with less than 15 is causing problems. I am not sure if I should use the IF function or IF(And) or if neither of these are correct. TIA

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
How about something like
=IF(C1>=20,"Suitcase",IF(C1>=15,"Steak knives",""))
