I am not sure as what is wrong with this function

=IF([isp_name] = "stc" || [isp_name] = "Salam" || [isp_name] = "GO Telecom" || [isp_name] = "Zain" || [isp_name] = "Mobily" then [isp_name] else "Ignore")

1. remove the last ")"
2. Use "or" in stead of "||"
3. Write IF as "if" without opening bracket
4. This is MCode and not DAX

you can write it like

if List.Contains({"stc","Salam","GO Telecom","Zain", "Mobily"}, [isp_name]) then [isp_name] else "Ignore"
