Hey guys,

So I am currently working on a matrix, used to show the amount of time to be used when changing from one product to another.
For the planners sake, I would like to ease the overview and create the possiblity to select from list: From product, and from a list: To Product. Then a third cell should based on the From and To show the amount of time to spend for changeover.

I have the matrix, and lists etc. But I can't work out the third cell.

Hope above makes sense.

Thanks in advance.

/Daniel

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
This is the type of question that would benefit greatly from an example. You haven't provided enough information to really come up with a good answer. That said, here's one way that may give you some ideas:

Presumably, you have drop-down lists in A2 and B2. The table in E:G shows the amount of time to convert from one product to another, and the formula in C2 will do the lookup. Hope this helps.
