If Function date and time bitween

Hi,

i have more than 10000 rows and contain similar data with date and sales.
i would like ton consider sales example ( 02-01-2016 00:00:00 TO 02:01:2016 05:00:00) sales as 01-01-2016 ites mean bitween 00:00:00 TO 05:00:00 salesa will be as previous day sales.
