Hello,

please help me with the formula for "ABC" column to get these answers with reference to column "Quantity %" & "% with Issue Value"

when "Quantity %" & "% with Issue Value" both are greater than 1.5% - A
when "Quantity %" & "% with Issue Value" any one is greater than 1.5% - A

when "Quantity %" & "% with Issue Value" both are less than 1.5% - B

when "Quantity %" & "% with Issue Value" both are less than 0.5% - C

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
I think your question is missing some important detail.
Can you tell us the criteria, for when it should return "A" versus "B" versus "C"?

Try this formula (assuming the two columns you are checking are E and F, the following would be the formula for row 2):
Excel Formula:
=IF(AND(E2<0.5%,F2<0.5%),"C",IF(AND(E2<1.5%,F2<1.5%),"B","A"))
