Can someone explain how to write a IF formula in excel? If cell 10% of B9 is greater than 35, display the value, otherwise display 35.

Hi, you could do it using an IF() function like this:

=IF(B9*10%>35,B9*10%,35)

Or an alternative could be:

=MAX(35,B9*10%)
