If Formula Is ignoring the zero's

Please help as the Formula is working on the rest of the sheet but not this one section... =VLOOKUP(H13,'Master Sheet'!$H$2:$W$1546,10,FALSE)

What formula is producing the Yes/No - I don't see the correlation between the Vlookup and Yes/No. Perhaps you could explain?

Is Excel seeing the value as text? Try renentering it in the cell where it currently resides (the source cell if it is itself a formula) and check the format of the cell is a numeric format like General rather than a Text format.

We have tried re-entering in the same cell and also re-formating

What is the formula in the cell that holds Yes or No? Is it that Vlookup? In which case it is down to whatever is in range 'Master Sheet'!$H$2:$W$1546 as to what return you are getting.
